FITNESS RULES AND POLICIES
1. DRESS CODE
1.1. Halter tops, bathing suits, “short-shorts,” midriff-baring shirts, low-rise pants and sleeveless tee shirts are not allowed in the main building.
1.2. Parents are responsible for their children’s compliance with all rules and regulations including dress codes.
1.3. Exceptions to the building dress code for theme parties and or other designated events will be considered appropriate if approved by the Director of Operations.
2.2. Proper fitness attire is required at all times.
2.3. No sleeveless “muscle” shirts are permitted for men.
2.4. Gym shoes and shirts are required for all persons using the Fitness Rooms.
2.5. No denim or cut-off shorts are permitted for persons using the Fitness Rooms.
2.6. Fitness Center hours will be posted at the Facility Reception desk.
2.7. All equipment safety procedures must be adhered to at all times.
2.8. Under busy conditions, equipment usage may be limited and regulated to ensure availability and fair distribution.
