Meeting Spaces in Brunswick Forest

​Residents can rent and reserve meeting spaces for events, groups, and activities in one our many meeting spaces at Brunswick Forest!

Cleaning policy:
Please remove any trash and place it in trash cans found outside each meeting space. Do not attach anything to the walls, as this causes damage to the paint. You are welcome to rearrange the room as you see fit, but please return to the room to it's usual setup when you are done. If any incidents or messes occur, please notify the front desk at the Fitness Center promptly and we will address them.

Community Commons

The Community Commons features a full-sized kitchen with a sink, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and stove, as well as a flat-screen TV and fireplace. The room can hold about 25-30 comfortably and has 8 square 3.5x3.5ft tables and 40 chairs. You will need to stop by the front desk at the Fitness Center (2701 Brunswick Forest Pkwy) to pick up the key for the Community Commons, and return it to the front desk when your reservation is done. If you are returning the key after hours, there is a lockbox outside of the front door where you can leave it.

 

Cutlar Community Center

Cutlar Community Center is located in the shopping center at the front of the neighborhood, next to a store called Family Dog Naturals. This room features a large flat-screen TV, microphone, podium, microwave, coffee pot, sink, and fridge and freezer. The room can hold about 45-50 comfortably and has 13 3.5x3.5ft tables and 45 chairs. You will need to stop by the front desk at the Fitness Center (2701 Brunswick Forest Pkwy) to pick up the key for the Community Commons, and return it to the front desk when your reservation is done. If you are returning the key after hours, there is a lockbox outside of the front door where you can leave it.

 

Hammock Park

Hammock Park Meeting Space is located inside the Hammock Park Fitness Center. This room is our smallest and features a large flat-screen TV and a closet with books, board games, and puzzles. The room can hold about 30 comfortably and has 12 3.5x3.5ft tables and 30 chairs. No key is needed, but you will need your resident access card in order to enter the facility.

 

Leland Room

$250.00- Includes tables and chairs, setup of room, and removal of exercise equipment
$100.00- Includes tables and chairs. You must set the room up yourself
The Leland Room is located inside of the main Fitness Center. It is our largest room and features 12 round tables that can fit 8-10 people each, 24 6-ft rectangular folding tables, 100 white folding chairs, and a flat screen TV and podium. The tables and chairs do not stay set up in the room, and depending on pricing, Fitness Center staff can either set up the room for you, or you will be responsible for setting up the room and returning it to normal yourself. This includes removal/return of exercise equipment and setup and breakdown of tables and chairs. No key is needed for the Leland Room, but you will need your resident access card in order to enter the facility.

 

Book meeting space through the owner portal

You can check availability and reserve meeting spaces through the owner's portal. All requests will be reviewed and approved or denied within 2 business days. When submitting your request, please make sure to include time for room setup, decorating, and cleanup. Meeting space fees are due upon confirmation of your reservation and can be paid by visiting the front desk at the Fitness Center, or calling us at (910) 342-2215.
